Home-made Vegan Chocolate

Ingredients:

-4 tablespoons coconut oil
-4 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
-2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave syrup
-pinch of salt
-optional: chopped almonds, hazelnuts, or dried fruit, dates

Preparation:

Melt the coconut oil at a low temperature, add cocoa powder, maple syrup, and salt. Mix well. If desired, add chopped nuts or dried fruit. Pour the mixture into molds and leave in the refrigerator or freezer
for about 1 hour to set.
