Healthy Vegan Bounty Bars

Ingredients:

-150 g desiccated coconut
-100 ml canned coconut milk
-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
-100 g vegan dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa)

Preparation:

Combine the desiccated coconut, coconut milk, and maple syrup well into a thick mixture. Shape into small bars and
leave them in the refrigerator to harden (about 30 minutes). Melt the dark chocolate over steam, dip the bars in
the chocolate, and leave in the refrigerator again to harden.
