Crispy Tofu and Mango Salad

Ingredients:

-100 g firm tofu
-½ fresh mango, diced
-a handful of lettuce
-½ cucumber, sliced
-1 tablespoon peanuts, lightly toasted
-1 teaspoon sesame oil
-1 tablespoon soy sauce
-lime juice
-salt, pepper

Preparation:

Cut the tofu into cubes and fry in sesame oil until crispy. Mix all the ingredients
, season with soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
