Healthy energy balls
Ingredients:
-100 g pitted dates
-50 g almonds or walnuts
-1 tablespoon cocoa powder
-Hazelnut or coconut for rolling (optional)
Preparation:
Blend the dates and walnuts or almonds until you get a thick paste. Add cocoa and form small balls. If desired,
roll in coconut or hazelnut and leave in the refrigerator to harden.
