Healthy Vegan Coconut-Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients (for 6-8 cookies):

-100 g rolled oats
-50 g coconut flour
-1 ripe banana
-2 tablespoons coconut oil
-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
-½ teaspoon cinnamon or vanilla
-2 tablespoons vegan chocolate chips (or finely chopped vegan dark chocolate)

Preparation:

Mash the ripe banana well with a fork. Add rolled oats, coconut flour, coconut oil, maple
syrup, cinnamon, and chocolate chips. Mix all ingredients well. Shape into cookies, arrange them on a baking sheet
lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes, until the edges of the cookies are lightly golden brown. Let
cool slightly, then serve.
