Healthy Vegan Snickers Bites
Ingredients (for 5-6 pieces):
-6 large pitted dates
-2 tablespoons peanut butter (natural, sugar-free)
-30 g vegan dark chocolate
Preparation:
Carefully open the dates and fill them with peanut butter. Melt the dark chocolate and carefully
drizzle the chocolate over the dates or partially dip them. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve chilled; they are ideal
as healthy sweet snacks.
