Oat Flour Pancakes with Fruit

Ingredients:

-4 tablespoons of oat flour
-Half a banana (mashed)
-150 ml almond milk (choose milk to taste)
-A little cinnamon
-Fresh fruit (raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries)
-Honey for drizzling

Preparation:

Whisk together oat flour, banana, and milk, then add cinnamon. Fry the pancakes in a little oil. Serve with fresh
fruit and honey.
