Grilled Salmon with Quinoa and Vegetables

Ingredients:

1 salmon fillet
100 g quinoa
Broccoli, zucchini, carrot (steamed)
Olive oil, lemon, spices, garlic

Preparation:

Cook the quinoa, blanch the vegetables, season the salmon and prepare it on the grill. Serve with lemon and a dressing of olive
oil with garlic.
