Whole wheat toast with avocado and salad

Ingredients:

-1 slice of whole wheat bread
-Half of a ripe avocado
-A handful of arugula or baby spinach
-A few cherry tomatoes
-Lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper

Preparation:

Toast the whole wheat bread, mash the avocado and season with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the avocado on the toast, add arugula or spinach, and chopped cherry tomatoes.
