Overnight Oats with Banana and Peanut Butter

Ingredients (for 1 person):

-4 tablespoons of rolled oats
-1 ripe banana (half mashed, half chopped)
-2 dl almond/coconut milk
-1 teaspoon of peanut butter
-A little cinnamon
-A teaspoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)

Preparation:

In a bowl or jar, pour the rolled oats, mashed half of the banana, milk, and cinnamon. Mix well and
leave in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, before serving, add the chopped other half of the banana, peanut
butter, and a little honey.
