Grilled Asparagus and Cherry Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

-100 g fresh asparagus
-a handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
-a handful of arugula or baby spinach
-1 tablespoon of almonds, lightly toasted
-1 tablespoon of olive oil
-lemon juice
-Parmesan or vegan cheese (optional)
-salt, pepper

Preparation:

Briefly grill the asparagus in a pan until softened. Combine them with the other ingredients and season with lemon
juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
