Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:

-100 g grilled shrimp
-a handful of arugula
-a handful of cherry tomatoes
-½ red onion (thinly sliced)
-juice of lime or lemon
-1 tablespoon of olive oil
-salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, season with lime (or lemon) juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper, and
serve immediately.
