Heat the olive<br \/>\noil in a deep frying pan, add the red and white onion and saut\u00e9 briefly. Add the soy granules and grated carrot, simmer for 3-5<br \/>\nminutes. Add the peeled tomatoes or chopped fresh tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer the sauce over low<br \/>\nheat for about 10-15 minutes until well combined.
